Local Republicans Hitch Their Wagon to the Republican President
Thomas Paine

Keep this in mind on election day in 2018, when the failed Republican policies are hurting you. They have no excuse. They own the White House, the House of Representatives, and the Senate. They own both houses of the North Carolina State Legislature. They have no excuse. There is no one to blame but the Republicans.

They need to be held accountable. They are in charge. They can do what they want to do. If they do nothing, it’s their fault. If they do something, it’s their fault. If it happens on their watch, it’s their fault. If they didn’t know about something, like Russian interference in our government, it’s their fault because I and people like me already know it.

If they don’t know, it’s because they are either too dumb to lead, or they choose not to know. That makes them complicit.

Let me give you and example, Patrick McHenry.

“I’m confident that the president wants the same thing out of tax reform that I do; I’m confident that the president wants the same thing out of healthcare reform as I do. I’m confident on both those

issues that the president’s thinking and preponderance of House Republicans believe in the same thing.” — Patrick McHenry January 30, 2017.

  1. Eliminate maternity care.
  2. Cover pre-existing conditions, but no pay for chemotherapy or radiation therapy. That’s not much help if you have cancer.
  3. Eliminate out patient care.
  4. Won’t pay for you to go to the doctor for annual check ups.
  5. Won’t pay for prescription drugs.
  6. The Congressional Budget Office estimates that your insurance premiums will rise on average $1100 per year, or about $100 per month.

How does all that sound to you? You will get to pay more to get less.

(Jason)Saine, who had served as co-chair for Sen. Marco Rubio’s North Carolina campaign said that he is in full support of Trump.

“Personally, I feel like HB2 is a good idea and I’m sure that the majority of voters in my district would support keeping HB2 in place, so I voted to not repeal the law,” — David Curtis

Are you comfortable with this guy using the bathroom with your daughter?

If you are not, then you should blame the NC Legislature and Sen. David Curtis and Rep. Jason Saine. These guys are transgenders and

their birth certificate says that they were born female. They would be required to use the Women’s Restroom by HB2. If they didn’t they would be breaking the law. I suppose all of you conservative Republicans are dancing in the street that it was repealed. Now, these guys can’t and won’t go into the women’s restroom.

By the way. All of these guys are Republicans and they support The Republican President 100%. If it is found that The Republican President cooperated with the Russian government, or Russian oligarchs to interfere in our election, our representatives are enablers and stooges.
