It’s getting very old and tiresome, when every whiny conservative has to post on facebook about their rights being violated. The latest issues that has their panties all in a wad is Colin Kaepernik, and other NFL players kneeling during the national anthem.
The Republican President is leading the charge when he’s not insulting some foreign leader. The Republican Commander in Chief, along with his enabling Republican Congress, will be 100% to blame if we get in another war. Just like they were responsible for Afghanistan and Iraq. Only this time it might just be a nuclear war.
I hope you will be very proud of yourself when a nuke hits Seattle or San Francisco, or your children or grandchildren are killed.
Your Republican Congress refused to even have a hearing on President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee, even though it was their Constitutional duty. You didn’t seem to have a problem with that, but you claim that you want the Constitution obeyed.
You rationalized it because you wanted to act like a spoiled child. You wanted your own conservative Justice in the mold of the late Antonin Scalia. Well you better hope you didn’t get another Antonin Scalia Supreme Court Justice. He said that every American had the Constitutional right to burn
the American flag. Don’t ask me to show my sources. If you have a brain cell or two you can look it up. Google is your friend.
You Conservatives claim that you are Christians, but you treat the flag like it is something to be worshiped. It is not a totem or an idol. It is a symbol of Our Constitution, that grants everyone in this country the right to free speech and freedom of expression, even NFL players, even you.
I’m not calling for you to stop your ignorant rants. You have that right. I’m not telling you how to worship. If you want to pledge your allegiance to the flag of the United States instead of the country of the United States or the Constitution of the United States, then have at it. If you cannot understand that protecting everyone’s rights is essential for everyone to have equal rights, then I can’t explain it to you. But keeping on this track, it will come back to bite you in the butt.
I suggest that you ask your doctor if the following drug is right for you.
Instead of worrying about who stands up or who sits, or kneels for the National Anthem, and it is everyone’s right to do what they want, you should worry about 3 million Americans in Puerto Rico who don’t have drinking water.
Don’t give me that crap about it is in the NFL Rule Book. It is not. The meme says that it is on pages 62-63 of the NFL Rule Book. The Rule Book is online in its entirety and you can read it here. Be sure to go to pages 62-63 to see for yourself what it says:
One of the former NFL Players, and Former NFL Coach who is a darling of the Conservative Right, is Tony Dungy. Want to know what he thinks about players kneeling during the National Anthem? Unless you are afraid to know the truth, read it here.
